Phoenix has seen an explosion of entrepreneurial growth and is currently 14th in activity among the top 40 metro areas according to the 2015 Kauffman Index: Startup Activity study by the Kauffman Foundation.
The Arizona Republic holds an annual competition that is open to entrepreneurs involved in running an Arizona-based business, that have an equity stake in that business, and are currently working in Arizona. And, of course, as the title of the competition implies, be 35 years of age or younger.
Five competition judges review the applications and candidates are selected based on their answers and eligibility.
Dan Noma, Jr. of Venture Real Estate & Investment was recognized in this year’s competition. Dan is the designated broker, and notes that, “Our strategic partnerships with overseas buyers, investors, and wealth management firms allow us to provide global exposure to the Arizona real estate market.”
