Building a Winning Team

January 8, 2017 @ 10:00 am - 12:00 pm

Curious how to attract top talent and motivate a group of great individuals to collaborate as a winning team? Wonder what it takes to win the NBA championship and become the best team in the world? Want exclusive access to the top management strategies that exist today? EO Arizona has it!

We have just secured an exclusive behind-the-scenes peek with David Griffin, General Manager of the Cleveland Cavaliers, who will share the strategies he used to create and develop the current NBA champion Cleveland Cavaliers.

After hiring David Blatt, one of the most successful coaches in European basketball, Griffin signed two-time NBA All-Star Kyrie Irving to a contract extension and brought in a number of key players including James Jones, Shawn Marion, Mike Miller and three-time NBA All-Star Kevin Love. Oh, and let’s not forget that he was able to bring four-time league MVP LeBron James in to lead the team.

Originally joining the Suns basketball communications department in 1993 as an intern, Griffin saw his roles and responsibilities steadily grow due to his passion, work ethic and analytical expertise. His leadership and management philosophies have been instrumental in developing winning teams everywhere he has been, and he is going to share these secrets during this once-in-a-lifetime event.

Space is extremely limited so please RSVP immediately to secure your spot. A strict late cancellation and no-show fee will be in effect as we expect a waitlist (please read details below). The Cavaliers will play our very own Suns later in the evening if you are interested in seeing his work in action.
