Have the Courage to Defy Convention with Jeffrey Blount

A message from your 2021-2022 Learning Chair, Scott Novis:

In celebration of Black History Month, I wanted to find a speaker who would not be afraid to have a conversation about race in America.  As a business owner and fellow EO member, I am looking for solutions.  What can I do to heal the divide?

I am excited to introduce you to Jeffrey Blount.  Jeffrey  is a rare talent who is not afraid to discuss race and diversity.  Pragmatic, straight forward, intellectual and responsible, it is my sincere hope that we are able to engage in this difficult conversation and leave with real takeaway value.

As founders, creators, and leaders in our community, it is up to each of us to do our part to create the future we want to see.  Jeffrey is looking forward to acting as a resource to help all of us build a better, more inclusive America.
