These simple yet counter-intuitive skills take emotional intelligence and intuition to the next level, giving you the edge in any negotiation.
He will jump right in with mock negotiations, giving us 60 seconds to remove a bank robber or a hostage will be killed. This high pressure role playing will help us to learn how to diffuse any situation and notice when we are at key moments within a negotiation. Once we learn the basics, we will team up with other members to negotiate against Chris in live, interactive situations.
