Chef Beau MacMillan’s life and culinary career started in Massachusetts, eventually weaving its way to Florida. But as he rose through the ranks, he felt himself drawn to the culinary scene on the West Coast, and landed Sous Chef positions with the prestigious Hotel Bel Air and Shutters on the Beach.
Now, as Executive Chef at elements at Sanctuary on Camelback Mountain, he inspires his staff with his passion for fresh ingredients and his belief that food should not be overworked, but rather appreciated for its simplicity and natural perfection.
Join us as he shares his drive, passion and story of success…from finding his love of food as a young child, to being inspired and mentored by the best chefs, and then ultimately joining them as a leader of the food industry.
