National Sign Plazas – Featured in the April American Planning Association’s Publication
EO Arizona member, and president of National Sign Plazas, Grant Hayzlett, has written a featured article for the American Planning Association’s April publication, Planning.
The American Planning Association (APA) is an, “independent, not-for-profit educational organization that provides leadership in the development of vital communities.”
Grant’s featured article discusses how wayfinding campaigns are a challenge for communities, because it is about much more than placing helpful signs in the right place with the right information. Branding must be consistent, the message must be clear, and the unique features of the community and space they are placed in can have a direct impact on the city’s economic and community development.
National Sign Plazas works with cities and towns across the United States to provide them with consulting on design, planning, creation, and assessment of community wayfinding systems and how to build their civic brand.
